Tor Opsahl, Senior Vice President

With an extensive background in delivering IT outsourcing and enterprise services to federal, state and local government agencies, Tor Opsahl brings experience in IT infrastructure management, e-business, information assurance, software development, data systems and high performance computing to QSS. His career spans nearly 20 years in the IT industry where he has earned a reputation for progressive management and program leadership on both private and government sector contracts. Prior to coming to QSS, Tor held senior-level positions with several federal IT providers. Career highlights include being Vice President of Operations of a $140M IT outsourcing enterprise. Dr. Opsahl holds both a Ph.D. in engineering and a B.S. in nuclear engineering from the University of London.
