QSS founder Frank Islam has been actively involved in the information technology, engineering services, and systems integration business for more than 20 years. His extensive marketing and management background in the federal sector has been key to QSS' outstanding revenue growth and profitability since its inception in 1994. Frank has held senior-level positions with Hughes Aircraft and Computer Sciences Corporation and is active in numerous professional, community and charitable organizations. He holds both a B.S. degree and an M.S. degree in computer science from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
