Enhance your skills on-line, at your own pace and without attending class! QSS provides access to SkillSoft(TM), widely recognized as the premier on-line training source, to all employees across disciplines and business lines. As part of our education benefit package, this training is paid for by QSS. SkillSoft(TM) offers state-of-the-art training courses in office administration and support, program management and in a variety of technical areas--at your desktop. Certificates are awarded to those who successfully complete the coursework.

Tuition Reimbursement
We offer reimbursement for tuition, registration, books and lab fees upon successful completion of approved coursework.

QSS reimburses our staff for a variety of technical certifications. Types of certifications achieved include:

Contract/Project Specific Training
Training is often required on a specific contract or project. This training is with groups of individuals usually in a classroom environment and addresses contract-specific tools, processes, and technologies.

Additionally, we offer a number of on-the-job learning paths for a wide variety of styles of learning.
