Thomas J. (Jen) Connell, Senior Vice President

Jen Connell has served in federal market high technology management positions for over 25 years. Prior to joining QSS, he was Vice President of Business Development of Mantech, International, an $850 million DoD and Intelligence contractor. At Mantech, he managed the business development and capture for new programs. Additionally, Jen was Director of DoD and Intellignece Marketing - and was then promoted to Vice President of all of Business Development at DigitalNet/Getronics Government Solutions. Jen started his career at AT&T and rose to Director of Business Development of AT&T's Government Integration Division.
