With more than 30 years of experience managing professional services organizations in the science, engineering and information technology areas, Dick Bishop came to QSS from Raytheon where he served as Vice President, Information Technology and Scientific Services. At Raytheon, he was responsible for more than 2,200 employees and $200 million in annual sales, including managing all aspects of business development and administration. Dick's extensive experience has focused both on acquiring and growing business as well as managing the resulting technical and engineering contracts in the federal government sector.
