The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions (ITES) is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle, specifically designed as the primary source of information technology (IT) equipment and services worldwide to meet the Army's enterprise infrastructure goals. This includes obtaining end-to-end solutions support to satisfy worldwide development, deployment, operation, maintenance and sustainment requirements for the Army.
ITES is a Performance Based Service Acquisition (PBSA) and is the preferred method of contracting for services and supplies. The contract is managed by the U.S. Army Small Computer Program (ASCP) in coordination with the Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4). Through the use of ITES, users have a flexible means of meeting IT needs quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.
The contracts are structured as Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts using delivery and tasks orders for acquisition of specified products and services. These contracts are available to the Army, Department of Defense, Foreign Military Sales Program and other Federal agencies.
